Case Study — 01

Tiki
Village

Client Kapok Hotel, Port of Spain Category Hospitality — Brand Film Deliverables Brand film · Social cutdowns

The
Objective

Tiki Village is a Port of Spain institution — a rooftop restaurant with decades of history and a kitchen worth watching. But history doesn't show up on a screen by itself.

The goal: capture the energy of the live kitchen and the atmosphere of the dining room in a way that makes people book a table — not just admire the footage.

The
Approach

Shoot the kitchen like a performance. Fire, steam, and fast hands carry the first act; the dining room and its people carry the second.

Everything was shot with natural restaurant light and a shallow, close-up cinematic style — no staged plates, no stock-footage feeling. The grade keeps the warmth of the room and lets the flames do the colour work.

The Work

The kitchen was already cinematic. The job was refusing to get in its way.

The
Result

A brand film and a library of social-ready cutdowns that show the restaurant at its best — content the venue can run across its channels long after the shoot wrapped.

Food you can almost smell, a room you want to sit in, and a story that belongs to Tiki Village alone.
